What An Ideal Leader Is For Me

An ideal leader does not need to possess godlike characteristics or perfect interpersonal skills.

In my eyes, there are ONLY TWO vital guidelines required to achieve such stature:

NOT DOING ANYTHING that shall insult human dignity; and
DOING SOMETHING that will uplift human integrity.

Doing no bad stuffs at all is NOT JUST ENOUGH!
A good leader seeks ways to grow, but most importantly, SHARES.

Whether it only involves a little gesture or a well-planned course of action, a simple affair or a much more complicated event, it does not actually matter.

Great leaders, for me, are not exclusively famed by history.

True leaders are the ones who opt not to impose respect despite of power at hand but still been rewarded by recognition from his followers.
They are the ones who lets their actions do the talking.

  1. Your description about a real leader is right. Respect given to subordinates is the important quality of a true leader and by being so, he will also be respected by his subordinates. I like your topic.
